I have picked up 2 new pieces to stitch for my grandson Theo so I will be rotating between them every 2 weeks.
For this update it is Treasure Quest by Randal Spangler. Charted by HAED.
Here is where it was when I picked it up last Sunday
I added 1,932 stitches and it now looks like this
I was tired of the colors there so for this week I moved to a different area(best part of full coverage). This is my starting point for this week.
I do this SAL with a group of very talented stitchers. Please click the links below to see their wonderful work.
Avis, Claire, Kathy, Margaret,
Sunny, Megan, Deborah, Sharon, Daisy, Cathie,
Linda, MaryMargaret, Helen
Until next time HAPPY STITCHING
Amazing how many stitches you can get done in just a short time! Have a very Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeletereally interesting to see how you tackle such a big project.
ReplyDeleteI love all the projects you've been working on for Theo!
ReplyDeleteI love all of the Spangler designs!
ReplyDeleteI love all of the projects you work on -- and I admire that you work on different color areas to stave off boredom. I have a big project planned to start in 2026 and am torn between the "stitch in slices" plan (that I did when I stitched "Great Wave") and a "stitch parts to keep myself interested" plan. We'll see! Until then, have a very happy Christmas!
