SAL TIME AND A NEW PROJECT

I have decided on my new focus piece for the SAL. Apparently I kinda like being monogamous lol.

This is not a new start but a neglected WIP.  I started it in March of 2021 and then put it aside. When I finished Theo's project it just seemed like I should pick this one up again because I am stitching it for his mom Stephanie. I am really enjoying it because there is not a lot of confetti on the part I'm stitching. I'm sure that will change as I get farther up.

I do this SAL with a group of very talented stitchers. Click on the links below to see their wonderful stitching.

  3. I could easily be one of those people who have a ton of WIPs because I love starting new projects. However, I discovered a long time ago that I like finishing just as much so my new starts are now regarded as rewards for finishing. That's what I tell myself and it seems to work. Love the new project!

    1. I do the same!!! There's a thrill in starting but finishing is equally satisfying as otherwise I just feel like an impulsive stitcher. Haha
