OCTOBER SAL UPDATE--CHANGE
Good morning. I hope it is a beautiful fall day wherever you are.
Brisk air and beautiful colors is why fall is my favorite season.
Okay enough blathering. You are here to see stitching. I have made good progress on Computer Catastrophes. Here is where it was last time.
Now it looks like this.
Unfortunately you won't be seeing it again any time soon. I am switching my focus project. In fact I am going to be a monogamous stitcher for the foreseeable future. There is a very good reason for the change.
At the end of September my son Matt married his beautiful bride Stephanie. I had been looking for a long time for the perfect wedding sampler to stitch for them but nothing jumped out at me.
You all know my obsession with Randal Spangler's art. Two days after the wedding I was on the HAED website to see it there was anything new. Also there was a 50% off sale going on. I was going through the Spangler page and something new had been added since the last time I was there. It is the perfect wedding sampler to stitch for them. I immediately bought it, kitted it up and started it. I would like to finish it by their 1st anniversary but don't know if I will be able to.
I am loving working on it so stay tuned for more progress in 3 weeks.
I am doing this SAL with a group of very talented ladies. Please check out what they are stitching on.
Avis, Claire, Gun, Carole, Sue
See you in 3 weeks. Happy stitching everyone.

PAGE FINISH.
Page finishes on full coverage pieces are so exciting. I have now completed 3 out of 15 pages on Play Ball.
He is just so cute. His name is Dagmar.
Happy stitching everyone.

PLAYING BALL
Good morning. Just thought I'd stop by and say HI!!.
Let me introduce you to Dagmar who will be supervising my stitching today. I love Randal Spangler's art and as you all know by now I am doing #YearofSpangler2020. This guy has grabbed ahold and is sticking around for a few days. I mean just look at that face.
This is what it will look like when finished.
Time to get stitching.
Hope everyone has a great stitchy day today.

IT'S TIME FOR ANOTHER SAL UPDATE.
Guess what. Still working on the same project. I have been starting all the things and flitting from project to project but I have also been putting in time on Computer Catastrophes at least twice a week.
Last time it was here.
Now it looks like this. I am pleased with my progress.
Hopefully I will make a lot more progress during the next 3 weeks.
I am doing this SAL with a group of very talented stitchers. Please click on the names below to go see the wonderful things they are stitching.

I'M BACK.
Stitching has been a great solace to me since my husband passed. Unfortunately I have been flitting from project to project. I have put The Universe in a Jar away for awhile as it has too many memories attached for me to work on it right now. So for the foreseeable future I will be working on Computer Catastrophes for the SAL.

SADNESS
Today I lost the love of my life, my best friend and my companion of 45 years. He has gone to be with our daughter Shannon and his dog Brandi. He is no longer in pain and has gone to a better place.
It is like I have lost part of myself. My children are here with me and I have good friends to hold me up.
If I'm not around for awhile please wait for me I will be back.

SAL POST AND GUESS WHAT
Last time you saw it I said I was hoping for a page finish before this post. I got it.
Here is last time.
Then I kept going and on July 3 I got my page finish.
Then I decided to do the next page up. This is the last page in the left hand column.
When I finish this page I will be exactly halfway as I have now stitched 17/36 pages. This page is a lot of 939 so should go fast. Maybe another page finish for the next update.
I am doing this SAL with a great bunch of stitchers who are working on amazing projects. Please jump over and take a look at their wonderful stitching.
