Happy Fall

I am going to try to post more often now that I am retired and all moved to Mon
tana. Yeah right. I compose posts in my head but they never seem to get written.
Right now our weather is wet and gloomy. Supposed to rain all day so will be staying in and stitching. They are predicting snow above 4000ft. We are at 3300ft. October is really the start of winter in Montana even though the calendar says fall. Spring usually waits until sometime in May to arrive. Lots of quality stitching time coming up.
My daughter and I were supposed to go grocery shopping today but not happening in the rain. We have food so won't starve.

In have finally unpack some more stuff and put it in my craft room. All of my WIP's are now in one place.

I know I know. Way too many. I am working on them though. I have finished one and am will into stitching the next one. I seem to have changed from being a serial starter to being a one at a timer for now.
I had to move the q-snaps so I took a picture of Chocolate Chocolate & More Chocolate which is my current project.

I have finally finished the stack of Oreos on the current page. The rest will have to wait till I get back to that area. I plan of filling in the top spaces next.
I am really enjoying this one even though there is a lot of gold and brown. There is some color coming up soon.
I have also been having the urge  to crochet so my daughter's queen size granny square blanket will probably get some love soon now that the weather is cooler.

My son and his girlfriend came for a visit the end of August and we all went to Glacier Park. So beautiful there. Here are a few pics from that trip.

Pictures just do not do it justice.

Well I've rambled on for long enough now.

Hope everyone has a wonderful week filled with stitching and love.

Cindy

  4. Chocolate is looking good - does it create snacking urges as you stitch? Love that colourful blanket! You obviously live in a beautiful area, thanks for the pictures.

  5. That is a lot of WIPs but now that you are going at them one at a time the number should go down quickly. Chocolate is looking good and I love how the design is coming out on the blanket!

  6. Wow look at the tower of wips. It's a great incentive to stack them like that. You can bring that tower down with each finish. Great progress on cookies and I adore the colours in your crochet blanket. Xox Alicia
