SAL TIME AGAIN

I actually have something to post this time. Since the last update I have switched projects AGAIN. Must be stitchers ADD. I am now working on my oldest WIP- The Astronomer by Myles Pinkney charted by HAED. I started this one in 2010 and it was the start of my obsession with HAED and other full cover designers. Time to give it some love. I have joined a couple of SAL's on FB and hope to get the motivation I need to continue with this one. On the other had I am also hosting a Jan New Start SAL on one of my FB groups (as it I don't have enough started.)
My goal in January is to stitch on The Astronomer Mon-Fri and my new start Coming to Room on Sat-Sun. Hopefully will make some progress on both.
I also have not quit knitting. I find I get more done if I stitch during the day and knit at night. Hey it keeps me off the streets and out of trouble. Although with temps ranging from-18F to -6F during the day I don't go out much.
Okay enough of my blathering. Here is what you have come to see.

The Astronomer picked up again on 12/11/17.

and now

My new start for Jan 1 is called Coming to Room

We'll see how well I do in keeping to the plan.

Don't forget to check out all the other wonderful stitching being done by my partners in this SAL.

Till next time.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE.

Cindy

  2. I don't know how you do it! I can keep several quilting projects on the go at once, but not stitching projects. I'll wait to see how you get on with your parallel process!

  3. You have accomplished quite a lot this round! I am continually amazed at the large project you pull out each SAL day, I would have become paralyzed long ago! They are all amazing, so I can see why you are stitching them.

  4. You sure don't choose simple projects! I like your plans for the coming year; I hope you can stick to them. It's good to know what works best for us as individuals. I'm still learning how best to utilize my time and energy. Here's to a productive new year!
