Time for a SAL update

Good morning. I have been bad. I am so tired of stitching brown that I switched projects. Last time I was here I was working on Chocolate Chocolate and More Chocolate. As much as I love it I needed more color in my life so I switched to The Universe in a Jar. It is so nice to have all the beautiful colors to play with.
When I put CC&MC away it looked like this.
When I got TUIAJ out it looked like this. I have made a bit of progress but I'm too lazy to take it off the frame for a picture. Hope to have bunches done by next update.
I am really enjoying looking at everyone's progress. There are some great projects being stitched.

Check out the rest of the members and their wonderful projects here. We also have a new member. Welcome Helen.

See you in 3 weeks.

  2. The nice thing about the SAL is that there are no embroidery police. You can work on whatever you like! And if you like a bit of colour for a change, go for it!

    1. I really need to focus so changing the project was what was needed. Wasn't stitching much. Now I'm obsessed again.

  3. I do that sometimes, give a project a bit of a break and then go back refreshed, crafts are to be enjoyed!

  4. I really enjoy stitching and found I was not stitching as much as I wanted to. Now I can't put it down

  5. When stitching becomes a chore, you have to switch. It's supposed to be a hobby (obsession, addiction), not a job.

  6. You have two great embroidery going on! It´s a good idea to switch between them, so you don´t get that tired and totally stop stitching :)
